Owen is a highly experienced technologist specialising in delivering enterprise-grade solutions. He leads the enterprise division, Remarkable by Formulate, partnering with banks and financial institutions to deliver impactful business intelligence, platforms and solutions.

Elissa Simpson

CFO

Elissa leads Formulate's financial operations and helps to shape our strategic direction. She brings extensive commercial insight to drive sustainable growth. In 2024, she was admitted as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), recognising her expertise and contribution to the profession.

Stephen Miller

COO

Stephen brings extensive experience from marketing and digital agencies, where he developed deep expertise in account leadership and project delivery. As COO, he focuses on operational excellence, ensuring clients benefit from outstanding engagement, clear communication and consistently high-quality delivery.

CTO

Fredy is a senior full-stack web developer specialising in Ruby on Rails. With experience across both large organisations including Fujitsu, Sharp and TheTrainline.com and early-stage startups, he brings a broad and practical depth of knowledge to building robust, scalable web applications.

Thibault Bertin

Senior Full-Stack Developer

Thibault is a French software engineer. He holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering and has gained valuable global experience, including a software development internship in Canada and achieving a C1-level English certification in the United States.

Alex is a full-stack developer with expertise across a wide range of technologies, including Power BI, Ruby on Rails, Flutter, SQL, CSS and JavaScript. As a Microsoft Associate Certified professional, he combines strong technical capability with an adaptive, solutions-focused mindset.

Jack is a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on building intuitive, user-friendly web applications. Originally trained in structural engineering, he transitioned into software development after discovering a passion for coding and problem-solving. He has since developed experience across web technologies, including JavaScript, React and Node.js.

Oscar is a data analytics specialist. He uses actionable insights to drive business impact. With a background in consulting, business intelligence and analytics, he works closely with clients to identify opportunities. A Mathematics graduate from the University of Warwick, Oscar is highly skilled in Microsoft Power Platform, Tableau and Python.

Connor is a problem solver who thrives on building and creating. With a background in marketing automation and digital marketing, he brings strong stakeholder management skills into his work as a Microsoft Power Platform Certified developer, focused on delivering impactful solutions.

Junior Power Platform Developer

Sam brings aviation MRO experience, developing his skillset as an Application Developer with a strong foundation in PL/SQL, Delphi and PowerShell within a custom ERP environment. He now builds Power Platform solutions, delivering scalable automation and working closely with stakeholders on high-value projects.
