Formulate launches dedicated Claude training service

Most teams now have access to AI tools like Claude. Far fewer have a structured way to use them well. Formulate is closing that gap with a new dedicated training service that helps small businesses move from patchy, disconnected use to confident, everyday productivity.

The programme, Claude for Teams: From the Ground Up, is a practical, hands-on service built for owners, managers and staff, with no prior AI experience required. Examples and exercises are tailored to the client's own documents, workflows and real tasks, so people leave with an understanding of Claude shaped around their own business.

The training reflects how Formulate approaches technology across the board: not as a novelty to chase, but as something an organisation should understand, own and control. Sessions cover confident prompting, setting up projects and connectors, automating recurring work with reusable skills, and clear, jargon-free guidance on using Claude safely with company and customer data.
